  • Delivery Time: Digital files are usually available immediately after payment is processed. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

  • No Shipping Fees: Digital products do not incur shipping costs.

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not liable for undelivered products due to an incorrect or invalid email address.


2. Physical Merchandise

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

  • Shipping Methods: We ship using standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar). Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–10 business days after processing. International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.

  • Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.


3. Tracking

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen events.


5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Information

  • If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace or refund the item.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
